Pros

They have a decent choice of health benefits. There are many different departments to work in now that it has become a full grocery store.

Cons

Your schedule changes all the time. This makes it almost impossible to plan a life outside of work. Never have enough time to get your job done.

Room for advancement. Company growth. Good benefits package. Decent pay for part-time and full-time positions. 401(k)s good. Training and development.

Cons

Worklife balance is terrible. You receive your following week schedule on a Friday for that coming Monday through Sunday leaving you two days to plan your week. Often only have between seven and eight hours between shifts.
