      They respect the availability you have, they recognize hard workers.

      Cons

      Sometimes you dont get the hours you expect, it takes a while for the managers to make you feel recognized and valuable on what you do.

      Pros

      Some of the best reasons to work at smart and final is that you are not required to be very capable of doing anything. As long as you can speak clearly and stay on your feet all day, you'll be fine.

      Cons

      Some of the downsides of working at Smart and Final is the fact that you do the same thing on a daily basis and are criticized for the pace at which you do your job.
