Get a lot of hours Learn different shifts Training paid A lot of different people to meet (diversity) Discount for employees

Cons

Schedules suck at times. Night shift is better than day, I think. Logistics is not handled very well at all.

ability to work with your hands on a daily basis, and also the ability to work with different people everyday.

Cons

minimum wage for most basic workers, no vacation. Working overtime all the time when working with a newly opened store.

Cons

not much to say bad about smart and final. they are a well organized company and we are just so lucky to be able to work for them.
