*Helpful managers- wether it’d be you need help with mindset or restarting your sales process managers are always open to helping. * Super approachable top performers who are always willing to take from their day to help you and aren’t scared to share their tips and tricks * Constant trainings- Company monthly has multiple trainings to help are reps across the board * Company transparency- There aren’t many hidden things. Weekly company wide meetings with everyone in the org including the CEO to explains changes and what’s happening. * Great inclusion and motivation even in a work environment

Cons

Only cons are if you don’t work hard or try you won’t succeed not just in this job or any job. Some issues as a developing company and developing our process but not too crazy

Pros

Everyone is so helpful and wants you to genuinely do well. There are always incentives and helpful trainings to make sure that you are excelling and hitting your goals. The base salary is great and there is also commission. The commission structure is amazing. I’ve worked in sales jobs before and this has been by far my best sales job.

Cons

Wish we had our 4:00 exit on Friday still, but we are able to create incentives with our managers which is really nice.
