Work from home with a great base pay, and uncapped commissions. Unmatched sales training from day one. Interview/hiring process was seamless and informative.

Not being able to meet in person weekly with co-workers

Amazing Company - Remote culture is a cut above the rest

Pros

The fact that this company is remote first but is proactive with their culture speaks volumes. Company is currently valued at a billion dollars under 500 employees is a huge upside to upward mobility. Solving a problem that Financial Advisors have on a regular basis gives us a reason to call.

Cons

Would like to meet the team in person more often if possible.
