      1. Interesting problem space in lead generation 2. Remote-friendly work environment 3. Stable company with consistent revenue 4. Engineering leadership makes fast decisions, with the last 2 years seeing real change in a good direction

      1. Some technical debt and legacy systems to work around 2. Product team members are smart people, but the company could benefit hugely from formal product management training

      A Company You Can Grow With

      - A leadership team that is best in class when it comes to support / culture / transparency - Fully remote but still a tight knit group that is always connected - Ability to work with multiple parts of the business - from data to marketing to product. - Clear pathing to promotions, understandable and achievable goals - RSO plan for employees - Terrific culture, everyone truly helps and cares for everyone

      Cons

      - Elements of the role that are outside your control which can affect your day to day - This company still has a start up vibe when it comes to tech, meaning things can take longer compared to a large scale company that has huge infrastructure built out - missing some benefits compared to other companies. some thing we used to have were gotten rid of (annual tech stipend / per diem per month for meals)

      More than just a job!

      Pros

      As a single mom of 3, finding that work/life balance had always been difficult until I joined the SA team. I knew the day I interviewed, this was where I needed to be. From the co-workers to the management, everyone is always there to encourage and help in any way possible. The work we do not only helps others but the opportunities here are endless and everyone wants everyone to succeed! It is truly a work family environment!!!

      Cons

      I would suggest a pay increase for the concierge team, other then that, there are no cons.
