Pros

Everyone is so helpful and wants you to genuinely do well. There are always incentives and helpful trainings to make sure that you are excelling and hitting your goals. The base salary is great and there is also commission. The commission structure is amazing. I’ve worked in sales jobs before and this has been by far my best sales job.

Cons

Wish we had our 4:00 exit on Friday still, but we are able to create incentives with our managers which is really nice.

Work from home with a great base pay, and uncapped commissions. Unmatched sales training from day one. Interview/hiring process was seamless and informative.

Cons

Not being able to meet in person weekly with co-workers
