Pros

- pleasant co-workers - free soda

Cons

- Toxic work environment. CEO's management style is demeaning, abusive, and coercive - below market pay - poor work/life balance I suspect many of the positive reviews on Glassdoor were "suggested" by management.

Pros

The company is growing at a fast-pace and therefore provides lots of room for growth/upward mobility. Very laid-back environment—I love it. No micromanaging here! Upper management trusts it’s employees to do the right thing. The pay is good; and work-life balance is valued here! So far, so good!

Cons

Some growing pains, but all for the good of the company and it’s people ! As a young company, this is excepted and welcomed. Not necessarily a con. However, if you’re not comfortable with change, this may be somewhat difficult for you to adjust to.
