- No 401K or decent insurance, company does not contribute towards employee premiums. - Office building and office is very old and outdated. - Cut throat sales mentality and crack the whip vibe with manager and supervisors. - Terrible retention rate with customers, ton of complaints and bad reviews. - No transparency from management and owner. - VC owned, company does absolutely everything on the cheap. - Company hires young unprofessional and inexperienced people. - Highly highly micro managed, sales force are treated like children. - Job is constantly threatened by management. - Give you guff for taking a day off. - Very low commission structure and pay. - Can only accrue 10 PTO days a year, no sick days. - Promotions are only given to people that drink the kool aid and have smartprocure running through their veins.
