Pros

There are no Pros to working for Smart Procure

Cons

They hire many untrained and inexperienced employees at a low wage to do grunt work. They do not give them tools for providing good customer service, so employees are rude and competitive with each other.

Pros

I LOVE working at SmartProcure! I'm very well compensated, and anyone can move up in the ranks quickly, so long as you show initiative and work hard.

Cons

Personally, I can't say there are a bunch of Con's working for this company. If you are an SDR, the hourly salary is a bit low, tbh, but the plus side is you are paid a high percentage if a deal closes in your name, so it offsets itself for the most part.

Pros

The sales team is comprised of people from all walks of life - People starting their careers like myself. Seasoned software salespeople, government sales people. SmartProcure was the only company collecting and aggregating the government data when I was there. I left the company in February after moving to CA. Free meals were a favorable part of working for SP. The commission structure was quite nice as well.

Cons

SmartProcure is a young company, so processes are still being ironed out. That can be a con for some people, but I enjoyed being able to contribute ideas to help. Our goals on the sales team were very aggressive so there isn't a lot of downtime during the day.
