Great employees Room for advancement within certain departments Great management New CEO who is well received and has been a great part of the company Work environment - department managers try to keep team moral up and it shows.

Cons

Departments lack resources and people Salaries are lower than desired Things often get pushed off or pushed back

great culture within the team tremendous talent within the team recent bean bag culture (initially disapproved by the CEO) potential to build a good platform

Cons

lot of micromanagement within the company CEO loves to bring his friends to top level positions low pay scale - not even closer to median bay area salaries there is no product as such attrition rate is high

It is challenging environment. Most of the people who work here are wonderful! The company is in a convenient location.

Cons

Salaries are grossly below industry norms. The management either overly micromanages or is completely hands off offering no support. The company lacks true direction and a solid product.
