Pros
Pay is excellent, benefits are good, and you’ll have all the support you need to succeed in your role. If you’re like me, you know a good thing when I see one, and working here for the past 2 years has been nothing but good… for my bank account, for my career, and for my personal life.
Cons
We’ve got a lot of different personalities in the office. It was an adjustment for me at first to learn how to work with everyone, but perhaps this wouldn’t be an issue for someone who’s more outgoing. I typically prefer to work alone.
