The company is headed in the right direction. The CEO has brought in new leadership to help drive new opportunities and change the way the company runs. Early results are pointing in the right direction.

Cons

Still trying to change the old ways of doing business. It will probably take another year to fully realize the transition, and it will be bumpy until then.

Excellent and caring top management Good clients and work is good. I am working in Microsoft platform. Salary is credited on time always I got Variable Allowance on time. I got good hike also heh heh:-) Very open culture Guidance from seniors is there.

Cons

Two years only. No cons so far. One or two middle level manager should be controlled or changed.
