      Work life balance is good

      Cons

      Popularity contest and so much politics. Most middle managers are incompetent and don’t want to actually develop their team. Don’t ask for help here it’s seen as a weakness. So much fake niceness and nobody takes accountability for their mistakes either.

      Pros

      - Smartsheet hires smart people, and has a culture of collaboration that's upheld in most teams. - Decent product that solves a genuine pain point.

      Cons

      - Leadership seems oblivious to the ground reality and this has got worse over the past few year. Transparency has reduced, and transitions/leadership changes are handled poorly. - Over the past few years, benefits (especially learning benefits) have steadily reduced. - Product looks and feels more dated than competitors.
