Specific org's leaders make it a point to host weekly connects with new hires to share more information about their org specifically. Have never worked for a company where the leaders commit that much time each week in a repeatable process for their new hires. - Commitment to Inclusion and Diversity - Team has invested enormous resources into I&D proactively, without waiting for employee burnout or dissatisfaction to justify a knee jerk reaction. Companies can often invest in I&D superficially or incorrectly but Smartsheet is incredibly thoughtful, considerate and intentional about how they are creating an inclusive environment.
