      Once solid, now struggling post-acquisition

      It used to be a great place to work

      Cons

      Believe what everyone is saying: it has gone totally downhill since the acquisition. Customers left. Everyone talented has left. Layoffs continuously. Morale is awful. It's been so sad to see, but people are off to bigger and better things. It wasn't the most amazing place even back then; a lot of lip service to celebrating "diversity" and "driving impact" when most people were just there for a paycheck. With that said, some amazing colleagues.

      Positive changes underway, but not a fun environment

      Pros

      There is a general sense that the company is starting the right its course and beginning to develop some meaningful change into the product again.

      Cons

      Be under no illusions that this company is being ran how you would expect any private equity company to be run, and it is not fun.
