Cons

A little worried about the company's long-term competitiveness. Recent hiring has led to more politics. As with many companies, your experience will be quite team dependent. Some are great and well managed, some are on fire.

-kind people -great work/life balance -managers (at least my manager) are trusting & don't micromanage -opportunities to work on projects or on internal initiatives you like -good salary

Cons

-projects can be very difficult if customer stakeholders are difficult -lots of info stored in lots of places
