      -Extremely motivating and compelling vision on leading what is one of the most exciting opportunities and market in all of SaaS (Collaborative Work Management) -Supportive sales leadership that truly cares about enabling and encouraging reps to perform at an elite level -OTEs that are real and achievable, solid comp plans with great equity opportunities

      -The speed with which things move can occasionally make it difficult to keep up on happenings especially with internal partner teams

      Pros

      Been with the company for over 6+ years and Smartsheet is always trying to do better not just with our product, but with its people. No matter how large we grow, I still feel like a person and not just a number. The people who work at Smartsheet are some of the best people I have ever met and even on bad days I'm still happy to work at the company. Best place to build a career not a job.

      Cons

      Still has some growing pains with internal processes, but thats excusable given how quickly we grow.

      Pros

      Smartsheet ultimately values its employees first over all else, and that has shown in how they package benefits, flexible work options, and opportunities for growth. I have recommended Smartsheet as a great place to work to my closest friends over the years.

      Finding more opportunities to connect with peers and colleagues while working remotely.
