      -Loved partnering with customers on solutions -Every deal with completely different

      Cons

      -Lots of leadership changes over the last few years and felt like a ship without a captain -Leadership have made incredible bad decisions which has had a multi year impact -Culture is rapidly changing especially after being sold to an equity firm -Customer confidence has been tanked because of instability -Under paying folks with confusing and unrealistic expectations

      WFH.. for now. And that’s about it

      Cons

      PE firm came in and changed everything. Layoffs left and right Pay cuts for more work No mental health prioritization If you don’t buy into the lies, you’re out. It’s going to implode in a year or 2. Save yourself the headache
