      Pros

      Huge force, massively organized, plenty of offerings that sound good on paper, but you will absolutely work for every single one of those benefits.

      Cons

      For myself, after working here I now know that I prefer a smaller company. Here, you're a number, but management does a really good job at making you feel like you're not. If I had more interest in the product, I probably wouldn't have any cons. A lot of people at the company seemed to be super amped about things, but I felt like I was in a cult.

      Good Company and Leaders: Hard to sell Smartsheet

      Pros

      - good pay and culture is as well. - no alignment to a certain segment so you can sell to any industry - SDR opportunities come about 2-3 times a month and differ a lot in quality

      Cons

      - had 8 managers in 2.5 years (across 3 different sales positions) - Hard to sell Smartsheet since it is such a flexible platform and can manage pretty much all process you have to learn how to disqualify use cases. - learn how to sell premium applications and not just licenses. A lot of people think of it just like excel online but it is not. - Limited number of hold accounts you can continue to sell into (8 total) Likely 80% of your quota attainment will be from new customers and the other 20% from those 8 you are holding - Gamble if you get a good manager or not.
