Pros

The core product is good and can do almost anything you can build.

Cons

Very sketchy times. Every leader is new, layoffs have gotten rid of core talent, very questionable decisions. RTO probably coming.

Pros

No mandatory back-to-office Great managers Very smart individual contributors

Cons

Comp Plan Gutted: Removed quarterly accelerators and other key ways reps make money. Territory Misalignment: Mid-market reps are working 30% SMB accounts while still being held to MM quotas. Bad Pricing Strategy & Broken Promises: Shifted the pricing model, paused transactional business that was promised to reps, and gave customers "indefinite loyalty discounts," making it impossible to sell effectively with ZERO quota relief. Low Success Rate: A very low percentage of reps hit quota. Retroactive Deductions: Even if you hit quota, they have retroactively taken away opportunities and accelerators months or even a year later. The SKO theme this year is "relentless commitment to win," which is comical given the operational mess currently hurting the sales team's pockets.

Pros

Strong solution with expansion potential

Cons

Strat territory changes mid year, upper leaders not fully aligned on customer impact of new subscription model. Unrealistic pipeline expectations the entire floor is making fake opportunities to appease PE requirements, 10-20% hitting quota. FY26 the strat typical requirement was 500k+ ACV spend 8 accounts for each and there are many reps who have several non enterprise accounts with a strat goal it is not a sustainable role
