      -Solid leadership who is transparent with where we are, where we're going, and how we're getting there -All the modern company perks you'd expect for a growing tech company in downtown -Realistic goals, challenging work, fair compensation, decent healthcare coverage -Constantly innovating, big on 'voice of the customer' -Monthly Commuting reimbursement/stipend -Value work/life balance

      -No 401K match, but sounds like that's changing very soon

      Pros

      Here at Smartsheet, the management is transparent and helpful. When you are asked to complete an objective, there is a clear goal in mind. I have felt consistently supported even with where I want my career to go.

      Cons

      As with any sales role, it can feel difficult to plan a vacation or time off with the quota schedule. This may be more of a con about the role in general than Smartsheet.
