Pros

I have worked for Smartsheet for 2 years now and I cannot speak more highly of this company. The culture is supportive, innovative, and collaborative. Everyone is willing to offer a helping hand and wants you to succeed. From day one I had people making sure I had the tools that I need to succeed and effectively contribute to the company. The work here is often intense but rewarding. I am constantly surrounded by innovation and there is never a dull day. Often, jobs lose their spark after a couple years and seem to drag on. I have not experienced this while working at Smartsheet and the days still fly by!

Cons

As stated, this work can be intense, but that is a side-effect of working for an up-and-coming and innovative company. Work-life balance can be a difficult thing to juggle at times but the rewards of the job are worth it.

This is a community that actually cares about one another. Not only is my team awesome but throughout the company you find the same theme. I've found that in other jobs it's been hard to find people you enjoy working with and being around for 8 hours a day but Smartsheet makes this easy! Our culture is unlike any other. There's lot of room for career advancement and they want employees to do be in a career that makes them happy. I feel lucky to work here!

Cons

Missing a 401K match and wish we had more company-wide events. Nothing else really missing, I love where I work!

Best colleagues (not just on my team, but in other departments too), best manager, awesome product, amazing customers to work with, great work-life balance, just fast paced enough to make every day interesting.

Cons

No 401(k) match. Some departments pay under market standard for the area too...
