      Pros

      Cool product, smart people, and great work environment. * As a product person I love the really tight product process we have here - there's a strategy, we care about customer research, and Smartsheet has an opinion on how the product should develop overtime and how we should do it. As someone that's= been through product organizations that don't have this, its so refreshing. I don't need to argue why we need to do good discovery work.

      Cons

      We have some really pointless long meetings weekly. Come with a coffee and a backlog of emails to work on.

      - The product itself continues to amaze me - The office environment is friendly, welcoming, and a great place to come to every day - Management listens to feedback and proactively works to make every process smoother, especially as we keep growing - Incredible opportunity for growth

      Cons

      - Hardly any... the change and growth that I see as a Pro could potentially be seen as a Con, as it will keep you on your toes! - In Support, schedules are different than the usual 9-5, but I personally appreciate the flexibility.
