      Pros

      The people I worked with were all really great and understanding. There was a casual dress code and the CEO himself even knew my name and would say hi to me every single day. I felt good coming in to work despite the early start to my day.

      Cons

      It can be a little overwhelming at first, not much else. Some other internships do pay a bit more.

      Pros

      Great culture with fantastic people to work with. Everyone is open to ideas and changes. Genuinely nice people who embrace company's values and vision. Leadership understands work life balance and always listen to your concerns. They truly empower you to succeed in your career path and offer great deal of opportunities. Never have I seen a more respectful and talented sales team like those that are here. The company is super innovative and often seeks for a chance to gain competitive advantage.

      Cons

      There are some bad apples but the company is not afraid to get rid of those, regardless of their roles.

      Pros

      Smartsheet has consistently shown that it's culture and values are lived every day. Employees are treated with respect, the executives are open and available and information is provided transparently.

      Cons

      Growth at our current rate can sometimes strain our systems. But it is a great problem to have.
