The flexibility and balance is top-tier. There has not been a time where personal life, family or anything related doesn't come first and is encouraged to come first. The people are great and everyone is trying their best - it's nice to work with people who appreciate a challenge. Compensation: I feel well compensated for my work. Product: the product itself is great and has a lot of potential going forward.

Cons

Lots of change and question marks around the new leadership team and strategy in general. This creates unease and then causes the people around to stew in negative energy. There are a few people who clearly don't want to be here anymore, but are staying to create a bad atmosphere for others.
