      Pros

      I love my team, and I have learned so much, and seen much more from a technical accounting perspective than I initially thought I would. "Unlimited" PTO, fair amount of autonomy (if you're on the right team).

      Cons

      RSU's - gone, benefits - reduced, promotions - delayed, comp increase - super low. Shifted focus to "High Performing Culture" and off-shoring roles. HUGE push to convert human labor to AI.

Regarding benefits outside of RSUs, we haven't made significant changes, apart from some localized adjustments, but we understand any frustrations regarding perceptions. When it comes to AI, our vision is radical empowerment, not replacement. We aim to streamline repetitive tasks and reduce administrative burdens.       It was good until Vista and Blackstone bought it

      Great work life balance, remote first, good compensation

      Cons

      Since it was bought by Vista and Blackstone, they have been laying off people, I actually got laid off after just 1 day of coming back from parental leave. They removed RSU's and compensation is lower than before
