      Good teammates, but outsourcing impacts work quality

      My team mates are good, likeable people Severance when you are laid off

      Cons

      Leadership can't help but outsource to India The work that isn't outsourced yet is stuff nobody wants to work on They keep laying people off in waves It is hard to care about making a quality product when leadership only cares about saving money On call is noisy

We have had to make some extremely difficult decisions and tough calls over the course of the last year, but our leadership team has tried to minimize the instances of layoffs and has set us on a course to avoid needing to make those decisions again.
