Pros
Excellent health insurance and prescription benefits, company car, and base salary was competitive.
Cons
Unrealistic sales goals and zero work life balance. Travel was expected to take place on personal time outside of “selling hours”, so meetings, work travel, etc were all on Sunday and late Friday into early Saturday morning. Management that would micromanage and call outside of reasonable work hours. Expectations that a 12 hour day is the norm if you want to succeed.
