you get bonuses, if you are given the chance, you can advance quickly.

Cons

Favoritism in management, their is no real communication between managers and employees, and the managers are unapproachable.

Pros

Good 401k match (7.5%), generous PTO (although you'll need it to recharge from the constant grind), products are innovative and easy to get behind.

Cons

Limited promotional opportunities for marketing managers without sales backgrounds. Too few people doing the heavy lifting. A.D.D....can't seem to plan a plan, properly resource it, and give it a fighting chance before moving on. Slow to adopt and way behind the curve on integrating data systems, using advanced business intelligence tools, and getting beyond a primitive use of CRM. Little standardization across marketing organization in terms of operations or marketing competencies at each level. Weak HR. Sad to see so much potential coming out of R&D go to waste when it gets commercialized.
