Pros

Friendly colleagues and variety of company events

Cons

Unfair environment where hard work and loyalty aren't valued. Promotions are based on politics rather than performance, merit or qualifications. They laid off solid employees while hiring in bulk. It doesn't add up.

Pros

Annual bonuses if the year is good Headquarters have nice perks (sports tickets, voluntteering)

Cons

Poor upper management. Lots of changes in the C-suite. CIO retired after big April layoff. Not innovative. Sales people run the company and don't get laid off. Nepotism - too many friends and family are hired and not producing.

Thank you for the feedback. We recognize the need for innovation and initiative to continue to grow and thrive during any market conditions. The semiconductor industry moves in cycles, and we continually adapt across all levels of the company to meet the needs of the market, including promoting top-performing employees into leadership positions. While change at the top of the organization is natural, our leadership team averages over 20 years of tenure at Smith, providing stability and consistency as we evolve. We value all of our employees as integral parts of the Smith family, and we are proud of the positive and dynamic culture we’ve created across the company. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.

Pros

Salary package and bonuses is promising.

Cons

- A company that squeezes employees like sugarcane - drained, discarded, and disrespected. - Promotions for puppets, punishments for performers - enter at your own risk! - Half your leave withheld, half-truths in interview, zero respect in reality. - Management by sugarcoating and exploitation, not by merit or experience. Surviving by hijacking the credit of employees' hard work. Parachuted in two clueless puppets, people with little to no relevant experience and basic respect - who excel only in sugarcoating and abusing their authority. If you value your career, sanity, or even basic respect. Avoid this place at all costs! This company doesn't even deserve a single star - not even half.
