Pros

Like many family owned corporations, we have advantages and disadvantages. But the company has been solid ground since its establishment and enjoys a favorable reputation in the industry. The atmosphere is a mix having to keep a lot of things goingwhime allowing for most people to leave at 4:30. A lot of really decent people work here.

Cons

Continue to deal with a conservative approach to managing data.

I worked full time at Smith & Loveless they micro manage everything there is no growth and opportunities no move up or around its a family owned company that means only thier family have room for advancement I never had a review or a rise they over work you and under pay you the president and his wife and sister in-law are on a very high pedestal they do not speak if you are not in an executive position they have a very high turn over rate 54 people left in the year I was there I would never refer anyone here bad company to work for not to mention anyone can enter the building at all time no key cards no badge's no security system.
