Pros

Nice employees who are very knowledgeable and helpful; large work areas, good location, but really the people are the best part of the company.

Cons

Outdated computer systems; timekeeping system that misrepresents actual time worked, poorly documented processes and procedures; family-run business and management that has never worked anywhere else; no advancement opportunities, especially for women; the only 2 women in executive positions are the wife and sister-in-law of the president; micromanagement is the biggest obstacle to employee success; management is rude to employees.

Pros

Not really any pros. This place is terrible (benefits, trying to take time off, micromanagement).

Cons

I took 3 different positions in the company and all 3 were horrible. I was always depressed because of the culture and management. This is a small, family owned company that doesn't pay anything near what most people make anywhere. Their management is not pleasant to work with or really associate with. They all seem super miserable and some have an inflated ego. I don't see this company sticking around for much longer.

Pros

A lot of the people are nice. Job security is very good. The company is extremely procedure-based, which does offer guidance in learning your job.

Cons

Low salaries, upper management has an enormous disconnect between them and their workers, career opportunities are slim, most of the time it feels like internal departments are at constant battle with each other, dress code is outdated, clocking in to work everyday is only for select departments.
