Pros

Great product niche, long history in the marketplace. A lot of really good people trying to help. Some good product designs.

Cons

The family leadership is dis functional to an extreme. Instead of embracing contemporary manufacturing systems they manage by screaming and yelling a lot. The company was built on a reputation of quality, allowing high margins. They now focus on low cost by cheapening the products while trying to maintain margins of high quality. They are consistently late, relying on old relationships that are failing.

Pros

Very easy to get along with co workers and get to know the people you work with.

Cons

It seems that absolutely nobody in higher management has any idea what they are doing with this company. I started working here late last year and at first I took all the negativity with a grain of salt, but after being here for so long I realize why everyone hates working here. If you mess up once, they immediately keep all eyes locked on you and will make your life miserable. Don't work here, and if you do, for Christ's sake GET OUT NOW.

Pros

Not really any pros. This place is terrible (benefits, trying to take time off, micromanagement).

Cons

I took 3 different positions in the company and all 3 were horrible. I was always depressed because of the culture and management. This is a small, family owned company that doesn't pay anything near what most people make anywhere. Their management is not pleasant to work with or really associate with. They all seem super miserable and some have an inflated ego. I don't see this company sticking around for much longer.
