Pros

There are no pros, just an awful place to work.

Cons

The place is filthy. The production employees bathroom has mold all over it and is grossly filthy. There is dirt and dust everywhere, on everything. No breakroom. All employee appliances are filthy. Ownership is out of touch with everything except making a dollar for themselves. They have no shame in how they treat their employees. The place has a 70 year old test facility and someone will eventually die because of it. The owners dont care. There is a union in the plant that is weak and ineffectual. The union contract is dictated by the owners. The place is dangerous and I would not advise that anyone should ever work there!!!!

Pros

Very easy to get along with co workers and get to know the people you work with.

Cons

It seems that absolutely nobody in higher management has any idea what they are doing with this company. I started working here late last year and at first I took all the negativity with a grain of salt, but after being here for so long I realize why everyone hates working here. If you mess up once, they immediately keep all eyes locked on you and will make your life miserable. Don't work here, and if you do, for Christ's sake GET OUT NOW.

Pros

Some travel , other than that nothing, make you stay in cheap ghetto hotels where there are bullet holes and blood (no joke Mesa AZ.) they won’t ever pay the promised per diem and when you go to HR they won’t do anything what a joke. Not work 50k a year for 90 hours a week

Cons

They are currently under investigation with the federal department of labor, for classifying employees that should be non-exempt to, exempt meaning they will not pay you for overtime and try to work the living heck out of you. No communication at all, poor training and no money I would stay far away from here as possible.
