      Management is a Mess

      Pros

      There are some great employees that care about doing quality work. Production employees are more engaged than I've seen at other companies.

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't give clear direction or follow through on promises. A lot of middle management is kiss up kick down. We have a problem with bullies & nepotism. Good people are starting to leave the company.

      Was hired for a Desktop Technician position but they had me in an entirely different position You will not be given the tools or training to succeed • No desk • No computer • No phone • No email until 2 weeks before I was let go

      Pros

      Worked with a few really great people.

      Cons

      Very cliquey. Lots of gossiping and down-putting of coworkers. Some mid-level staff bully-ish; part of the problem. Not a comfortable environment overall.
