      Pros

      Employees are given more opportunities to be engaged and to express their opinions than any other place I’ve worked at. Pay is good. When the company is profitable, there are bonuses. Health insurance is so so. Paid vacation is extremely generous.

      Cons

      Health insurance could be better. Upper corporate management makes some ill advised decisions.
