Business Outlook
Pros
The pay is pretty good for the area, and the work isn't exceptionally difficult. Most of my coworkers are great people with whom you can have interesting conversations.
Cons
Poor morale, pressroom management has never stepped foot on a press leading to the pursuit of unrealistic metric goals. Jobs on press are only trickling in, and the company as a whole is losing money on a month to month basis. Some are fearing for their jobs as there has already been a few firings.
