Literally all cons. Management is bad. Snaps been sued idk how many times for shady or illegal business practices.

There's a lot of good work to do, and a ton of opportunity to make an impact on the business.

Cons

The days are long, there's a culture of making sure you're seen at your desk for long hours. They're super cheap. They treat everyone like they're a call center employee. No lunch budgets, cheap thinkpad laptops, no budget for personal growth, no team activities, random drug testing. Super expensive benefits with terrible coverage. 401k doesn't vest for SIX YEARS! The company is barely 7 years old.

things started changing and ridiculous quotas and just had a round of layoffs. was a good culture until all these changes have taken place. would not recommend looking for employment here
