Pros

People at Snap are kind, innovative, and hard working. They look for employees due to what they bring rather than a resume. I made some good friends there.

Cons

Communication and processes between departments needs work. If Vice Presidents could swap who they worked with, a lot of organization could get worked out. I think the company grew in a short time and outside sales, inside sales, marketing, and product did not work out processes as they grew, which I would say is due to lack of skills with Vice Presidents to problem solve.
