nice laid back company branch wise

Cons

dont treat loyal employees with any compassion and just worry about the bottom line and when you earned vacation time that wont pay you for them if you leave or let go and they cut hours to people in office if things aren't going good for the branch instead of main office in other state couldn't carry it.

hard to say. I didn't even meet any upper mgmt they were too busy playing golf.

Cons

"Managers" that can't manage and everyone is spread so thin they can't even support the staff that already have. I watched 15-20 year employees be "let go" with no offer of support or anything.
