      Pros

      Great SDR devlopment, the fellow SDRs are great and willing to help, Great company to have on your resume and wonderful product

      Cons

      SDR Leadership is lackluster, CAE organization can be difficult and convoluted to get into, seems like they prefer external candidates. The territories are getting split up to where it's getting more difficult to hit your quota of 55 meetings / quarter. And accounts are more mature so there's some which AEs don't want you to prospect into. Also, there's not as much emphasis on devleloping CAE skills in the SDR organization anymore.
