      Laid back culture but challenging promotion dynamics

      Pros

      Pretty laid back office culture when you're not stressing about quota. Free lunch and snacks, work life balance is pretty great. Pay is pretty good considering the role is entry level. Great PTO structure.

      Cons

      Quota is raised every quarter, promotion is not dependent upon how hard you work but how well you're able to play the office politics game. When/if you're promoted you're pretty much left to figure it out on your own, new management expects you to know how to do the new role before you even start. Not a lot of minority representation in office.

      Competitive pay Work-life balance is genuinely respected, no one's pinging you at midnight Brand name carries weight on a resume

      Cons

      Definately more like a big corporation now, lots of layers, slow decisions Management quality varies wildly, and not in a good way Political, VERY Not on the cutting edge anymore; you're maintaining, not building Benefit is below market standard
