      Pros

      Great company Good managers Awesome and knowledgeable colleagues. Snyk encourages learning and development and trust me, there's a lot to learn. Things change quickly, so you have to keep up.

      Cons

      If you are not easily adaptable and not willing to learn, sorry look elsewhere.

      - interesting and challenging work - WLB - great teammates - decent compensation

      Cons

      - lack of focus in terms of strategy at times - remote is difficult to build meaningful connections - lots of unnecessary stakeholder management

      Flexible, enjoyable and fast paced environment

      Pros

      - Great team and culture. It’s rare you find a sales environment with very few egos. - Fully flexible working. Remote, hybrid or fully office based are all options. - Interesting product which is genuinely disruptive in the market.

      Cons

      - Snyk is fast paced, and change happens on an almost daily place, so if you want consistency, probs not the place for you.
