Pros

Paid training provided. Many opportunities for advancement are available once you start working with the company. After only a few months of employment, you will be eligible to enter other branches of the company if you pass the examinations.

Cons

As a part-time employee, it is very difficult to qualify for health benefits because you must accrue a set amount of hours over a year, but the minimum hours required to qualify is set too high.

You get a pension. You can also go anywhere in the company. Management can be tough - as in there is a ton of work to do, but the pay is worth it.

Cons

You have twice as much work as you can do. It's super hard to get into the company. It's best to start as a contractor, meter reader, or a call center rep.
