We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to leave a review of your experience at SoFi, and are thrilled to hear you are enjoying your scope and the opportunities to learn and grow. Thanks for the feedback on prioritization and resources. We feel we are making the right investments on the People team to better prioritize as a function. For example, making iterations to our annual planning processes at the leadership level, and setting a long term roadmap for the function. Coming soon will be iterations to our quarterly OKR process.
