SoFi is an innovative company that is truly helping people. The leaders truly empower the employees to live our values resulting a positive culture of openness, accountability and inclusivity.

Cons

The company is experiencing growing pains. Some processes are broken, but leaders are constantly looking at how we can run after problems to address the pain points.
