Our Operations team is at the center of our members' lives, helping them achieve their financial goals, so THANK YOU for your commitment to our mission. We're happy to hear you enjoyed some of the benefits we offer employees. Our Operations team has very specific performance metrics so we can best support our members, but we're sorry if that felt like micromanagement to you. We hope you voiced this concern to our HR team while you worked here.
