My experience was amazing. The communication with the recruiter and everyone involved in my hiring process was excellent. The team was very professional, organized, and responded immediately. All of my questions were answered, and the interview emails were well-structures, so i always knew who would be contacting me next and when. The timeframe for filling the position was exactly as communicated, which i truly appreciated-it face me a clear window to balance my prior commitments. I loved it never has a positive boarding experience before like this. Thank you I love the team at Golden Pacific Bank.
Cons
At Sofi Division is (Golden Pacific branch), I was hoping they would have a more structured training program in place, as well as their own It representative dedicated to this domain. Sometimes the requests weren't fully understood on the Sofi side. which made certain tasks a bit challenging. These are the only areas where i would like to see improvement. My manager does a great job training me but they should have a program or classes where the programs are shown for loan specialist and hands on job duties. I was fortune to have a great team and management that showing me and training me.
