Atrocious work-life balance and no regard for employees

Good benefits, no dress code, free snacks

Cons

Mediocre pay schedules for all operations employees are terrible, nights and weekends and odd 10 hour shifts Work life balance is awful, they force you to work nights and weekends and make it a chore to take time off

Great bennefits terrible work life balance.

Pros

Benefits are among some of the industry's best. Such as paid lunch and paid insurance.

Cons

The work-life balance is very difficult to maintain. Schedules are constantly changing and rarely do they change to a favorable schedule.

Pros

Theres not much positive. It seemed good at first but was far from what I thought. Good benefits are about the only thing good about this place.

Cons

I have no clue how I'm doing and neither does my manager. No one knows how they are doing until bonus time. Reports and scorecards are always messed up. The schedule and demands is just not worth it. The turnover is worse than any place I've ever worked.
